No customs fees. Duties and taxes are included in each order.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days (not including weekends and holidays) of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@missprint.co with your name and order number and we will check it for you.

Orders can be returned by missprint.co for various reasons, including: failed payment, incorrect address, order not picked up at the post office, etc. In case an order is cancelled (and refunded), the customer will be contacted.
